Effective May 2003. We require a valid state Identification from the primary
renter.
Our Blue Marlin Beach Shop located near at 309 Fort
Fisher Boulevard North (28449 Zip code for GPS) is where a our office is
located. Our apartments are located over a two block area. Check-ins
(depending on the number of checkouts) start
at 1:30 - 3:00 pm of the day of your arrival. Our staff does its best to have
you in your unit as soon as cleaning is complete. Should your arrival time go past
7:30 pm, please call us at 800-458-5752 so we may make arrangements for you.
Check-outs are due by 10:30 am of the day of departure. While you are on
vacation with us, we will provide you with one set of fresh bath linens, daily. We
have basic cooking utensils. Vacuum cleaners are provided in each apartment
also. Each apartment has its own 40 gallon hot water heater. (Apartment
#10, 33 gallon). At check-out
time we ask that you clean your dishes and take out your trash to assist our cleaning
staff. Our staff will clean your unit after you depart.
