Arrival & Check-In: Our staff does its best to have your unit ready as soon as cleaning is complete, typically between 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM. Our main office is located at the Blue Marlin Beach Shop (309 Fort Fisher Boulevard North, Kure Beach, NC 28449). My family and I live right next door!
Our apartments are spread over a two-block area. Depending on the number of check-outs, we strive to have your unit prepared between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Should your arrival be later than 7:30 PM, please call us at 910-458-5752 so we may make arrangements for you. Check-outs are due by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Amenities & Furnishings: Bed linens are furnished. While you are vacationing with us, we provide one set of fresh bath towels and washcloths daily. Apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils, though we recommend you bring any favorite specialized kitchenware (e.g., blenders, waffle irons, or specific frying skillets). Vacuum cleaners are provided in each apartment for your convenience.
Utilities & Care: Each unit has its own 40-gallon hot water heater (Apartment #10 has a 38-gallon heater). At check-out, we kindly ask that you wash your dishes and take out the trash to assist our staff. We will perform a full cleaning of your unit after you depart.
